We are thrilled to be recipients of a Patagonia Grass Roots Grant, and honored that they see value in our project, our mission and our work.

“We support small, grassroots, activist organizations with provocative direct-action agendas, working on multi-pronged campaigns to preserve and protect our environment. We think the individual battles to protect a specific stand of forest, stretch of river or indigenous wild species are the most effective in raising more complicated issues—particularly those of biodiversity and ecosystem protection—in the public mind. We look for innovative groups that produce measurable results, and we like to support efforts that force the government to abide by its own—our own—laws.”
This feels like such a good fit, as we love Patagonia’s mission and their commitment to the environment… not to mention we seem to have alot of their clothing in our closet. We look forward to sharing our success with Patagonia as we further our goals of citizen science and video outreach. Stay Tuned!!
